Hi-Tech Color's Variable Data/1:1 printing capabilities:

  • Size/stock: Up to 17.75" x 12.7", 2 sided, all paper stocks and up to 20 mil unconventional substrates (vinyl, plastic, etc.)
  • Color: up to 7 colors, with IndiChrome PMS color matching
  • Unique finishing: in-line UV coating, plus aqueous coating (gloss and matte), varnish / spot varnish (gloss and matte), specialty soft touch coating (makes paper feel like velvet!), lamination and more.
  • Bindery. Choose from a number bindery options: saddle-stitched, perfect bound (soft or hard cover), side stitching, GBC (plastic comb/coil), wire or spiral, staples and more.
  • Die-cutting. Make an even bigger impact with die-cuts that capture attention and boost response rates.
  • Collation. For multi-element packages, we can print different pieces of different sizes and different stocks—all with Variable Data—and then collate them into a high-impact, cohesive package with the power of 1:1 marketing.
